With our Sunshine Guarantee, if weather puts a damper on your day, you can splash back with us on another sunny day later this season. So relax, dive in & let the good times flow!
Sunshine Guarantee
In the event of rain, Island H2O Water Park attractions will remain open. If there is severe weather or lightning in the area, guests will be asked to exit the water and/or descend from the slide towers until the weather passes. If the weather conditions cause all of the rides to close for a continuous one hour time span; or if the park suspends ride operation three times during the day of your visit; and you are leaving for the day – a Sunshine Ticket will be issued for a return visit during the same operating season.
To receive a Sunshine Ticket, please present your ticket stub, ticket receipt, or online proof of purchase to the Front Gate office located at the main entrance as you exit the park or by submitting an inquiry through our website. Season Pass, Complimentary tickets, including Bring A Friend tickets & complimentary access provided through a hotel stay are not eligible to receive a Sunshine Ticket.
Once rides re-open, Sunshine Tickets will no longer be issued. Sunshine Tickets will not be issued due to weather if the park closes for the day during the last 60 minutes of park operation. No cash refunds. No refunds for parking, locker rentals, cabanas or other park amenities.

Who is eligible for Sunshine Guarantee tickets?
Guests who have purchased daily admission through Island H2O Water Park or an authorized reseller are eligible for a Sunshine Guarantee rain check ticket. Season Pass, Complimentary tickets, including Bring A Friend tickets & complimentary access provided through a hotel stay are not eligible to receive a Sunshine Ticket.
When can I use my Sunshine Guarantee tickets?
Your tickets must be used within the same season you purchased your tickets. If you had daily tickets they must be used during a daily operating day & are not valid for special events.
Do you close for rain?
Island H2O Water Park will stay open as long as weather permits. Light rain will not close attractions but inclement weather, such as lightning, will result in attraction closure for the safety of guests.
How long do you have to be closed before I can get a Sunshine Guarantee ticket?

Can I get a refund on a bad weather day?
All sales are final on tickets and we do not offer refunds. If you experience bad weathe during your visit, you may qualify for the Sunshine Guarantee to come back another day during the season.
