I bought my season pass - how do I get my pass now?
Welcome to the Island Family! Once you have purchased you will be sent an email with your pass available as a download to your Apple or Google wallet. If you do not have those items available or you would like a physical card, please visit our Guest Services team upon your visit. Please note, if you did not take a photo during the purchase process, you will be asked to go to the Guest Services building to take your photo associated with the name on your pass before entering the park.

What benefits do I get with my pass?
All passes come with unlimited visits in the 2026 season, access to events, discounts on cabanas, discounts at the Sunset Walk select locations, discounts at Margaritaville Resort Orlando and other select properies & discounts to friend tickets throughout the season. For your pass, please reference your confirmation email or reach out to our guest services team at [email protected] for assistance.
How do I get my free friend tickets?
Your tickets will be emailed to you along with your confirmation email when you become a passholder. Please be sure to have your email with the tickets available upon entrance to the park.
Do I have to be present when using my friend tickets?
Yes! Our free friend tickets are to be used when the passholder bring a friend.
Can I use my friend tickets for nighttime events?
No. Free friend tickets are for daily operating days & hours only & are not valid for nighttime events.
